Through its website ALBEDO TRAVEL gives the possibility to book online a wide range of transportation travel services. Use of this site means that you are above 18 years old and that you possess the legal right and ability to use it in accordance with the terms and conditions set herein. By accessing, browsing and using our website and/or by proceeding with a reservation, you acknowledge having read, understood and agreed to the terms and conditions set out below.

Trademarks, Copyrights and Restrictions

This web site is controlled and operated by ALBEDO TRAVEL General Tourism Agency. All content on this web site is protected by copyrights, trademarks, service marks, and/or other intellectual property rights, and are owned and controlled by Natura Ltd or its affiliates, or by third party content providers. Content on this website is solely for your personal, non-commercial use.

Services

ALBEDO TRAVEL through its website www.alonissosholidays.com provides transportation and related services using vehicles owned or operated by the Company. ALBEDO TRAVEL reserves the right to fulfil all or part of the agreed services through third-party suppliers or subcontractors. All such third-party providers are selected with reasonable care.

Transfers — General

1. Please confirm all booking details (pickup location, date, time, number of passengers) before completing your reservation. It is your responsibility to ensure all information provided is accurate.
2. Upon successful booking, a confirmation voucher will be sent to the email address provided during the reservation process.
3. You must present your voucher (printed or digital) to the driver or captain at the designated pickup point at the agreed time.

Transfers — Miscellaneous

1. It is the passenger's responsibility to provide correct pickup and drop-off details. Any additional costs resulting from incorrect information will be charged to the passenger.
2. The carriage of illegal substances or prohibited items is strictly forbidden. ALONISSOS HOLIDAYS reserves the right to refuse service and report any such instances to the relevant authorities.
3. Passengers are expected to behave in a respectful manner towards drivers, captain, crew and other passengers. ALBEDO TRAVEL reserves the right to terminate a journey without refund in cases of abusive or dangerous behaviour.

Payment Terms & Methods

1. Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation.
2. Payment may be made in cash directly to the driver upon pickup, or in person at our office.
3. We accept all major debit and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, and others as indicated during checkout).
4. A secure payment link may be issued upon request for card payments made in advance of travel.
5. Bank transfers are accepted for advance bookings. Payment must be received and cleared before the transfer date. Bank details will be provided upon request.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled pick-up or arrival time are eligible for a refund. An administration fee of €10 will be charged. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the transfer are non-refundable. No refunds are issued in the event of a no-show.

Cancellation Policy — Excursions

Weather conditions may result in modified or cancelled itineraries. If an excursion is cancelled due to adverse weather, customers will be offered either a reschedule or a full refund.

Special Offers

Special offers are available for a limited time and cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts. Discounts or extra services from special offers will be provided unless unexpected circumstances occur.
